I am a fully qualified and accredited Counsellor, Couples Counsellor and Supervisor.
I have been working as a counsellor since I graduated with a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling from Brighton University in 2009. I have since completed further training including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
I run my own private counselling practice in Hove whilst also working for various counselling clinics around Brighton & Hove. I specialise in working with Depression and Anxiety, as well as Trauma, having gained experience in this area whilst working with local charities The Survivors Network and Mankind.
I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I practise in accordance with their Ethical Framework for Good Practice.
